Q01How much does co-packing in aluminum cans cost in the UAE?+
360hub-ae co-packing service fee is 0.23 AED per can — materials (cans, lids, labels, ingredients) charged separately at cost. Net margin at 500,000+ cans/month is approximately 0.18 AED/can after variable COGS (CO₂, water, CIP, labels). Volume discounts apply above 200K cans/month.
Q02What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a pilot run?+
Pilot runs at 360hub-ae start from 5,000 cans. Commercial runs typically begin at 20,000–50,000 cans. Container-level export runs are sized to client demand. Lower than industry standard, intentionally — to let international brands test the UAE market without committing to large inventory.
Q03How long does production take from order confirmation to delivery?+
Pilot run: 4–6 weeks. Commercial run (first time): 6–10 weeks including regulatory and labelling. Subsequent commercial runs: 4-week lead time. Container-level export: monthly batched runs.
Q04Do you handle MOCCAE registration and Montaji label compliance?+
Yes. Regulatory and label compliance are bundled into the service for commercial-volume clients. For standalone regulatory work without co-packing, see the
regulatory page.
Q05Can you co-pack energy drinks, functional beverages, sparkling water, or kombucha?+
Yes — all carbonated and still non-alcoholic beverages in aluminum cans, including energy drinks, functional drinks, sparkling water, RTD coffee, RTD tea, sodas, and kombucha. Alcoholic beverages require separate licensing.
Q06Can I export to Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries from UAE?+
Yes. GCC customs union plus UAE's tax-free zone make export economical to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar. We handle GCC-compliant labelling, certificates of origin, and container logistics. See
export from UAE.
Q07Do you offer R&D and recipe optimisation?+
Yes, on a separate consulting track. Formulation review, shelf-life testing, COGS optimisation, ingredient sourcing. Bundled with full Launch packages or available standalone.
Q08What's the difference between 360hub-ae and a typical UAE co-packer?+
Typical UAE co-packers focus on production volume only — pricing is quote-based, regulatory is the client's problem, MOQs are high. 360hub-ae publishes transparent pricing, bundles regulatory, and accepts 5,000-unit pilots — designed for international brands testing the UAE market.
Q09What does "materials at cost" actually include?+
Aluminum cans and lids (sourced from regional suppliers), printed labels or sleeves, raw ingredients per your recipe, CO₂, water treatment, CIP chemicals. We pass through supplier invoices with a small handling margin disclosed up front. No hidden markup.
Q10Can I visit the facility before signing?+
Yes. Production walk-throughs are standard before commercial commitment, by appointment. For international clients unable to travel, we arrange a live video walkthrough plus shared photo and video documentation of the line.
Q11What happens if a batch fails QC?+
Failed batches are not invoiced to the client. We absorb the production cost; materials cost handling depends on root cause (recipe issue vs. line issue) and is spelled out in the commercial agreement. Re-run is scheduled into the next available slot.
Q12What are payment terms for co-packing engagements?+
Standard terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 40% on production start, 30% on delivery. Container-export runs may be structured differently. Materials invoiced separately as orders are placed with suppliers.
Q13Do you also co-pack in glass bottles, or only aluminum cans?+
Aluminum cans are our primary co-packing offer — the pricing, MOQ, timeline, and pipeline described on this page apply specifically to cans. Glass bottle filling is also available via the same partner production line at Midtown Factory, in 250 ml and 330 ml formats. Glass enquiries are quoted per-project rather than at a published per-unit rate, because volume tiers, label complexity, and product category vary more in glass than in cans. Send a brief specifying glass + your target volume and we'll come back with a project quote.
