This Privacy Policy explains how F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO (a free-zone company licensed in the United Arab Emirates, trading as 360 F&B HUB; "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website at https://360hub.ae, send us a brief or partner enquiry, contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or engage us for product development, registration, manufacturing or market-launch services.

We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), and apply the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where European data subjects are involved.

1. Data we collect

Data you give us through the site forms, WhatsApp, email or phone:

name, company, brand or organisation;
email address and phone / WhatsApp number;
a description of your product or enquiry, and any optional details you choose to add (for example markets, rough volume, preferred launch period, the services you are interested in, or whether you are an agency writing on behalf of a client).

Please do not send recipes, formulas or other confidential details through the forms or by chat — a description is enough for us to reply.

Data collected automatically by the website and its infrastructure:

IP address and approximate region, browser type and operating system — for security, abuse prevention and compatibility;
pages visited and the link or campaign that brought you to the site — so that your enquiry reaches the right person and we can understand which pages help visitors. A short tag for this is kept in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the browser.

Data provided during an engagement, when you become a client: corporate documents (such as a trade licence), product specifications, batch and shipment records and payment details for invoicing. Their scope is defined in the signed contract.

2. How we use your enquiry

Enquiries submitted through the site forms are stored by us and passed to our customer-relationship (CRM) system and our messaging inbox, so that our team can reply to you by email, WhatsApp or phone, prepare a cost range and follow up on your enquiry. Phone calls to our number may first be answered by our digital assistant, which passes your request to the right person on our team.

3. Why we process data

To respond to enquiries — to evaluate fit, prepare a cost range or proposal and reply to you;
To deliver contracted services — product development, regulatory filings, manufacturing and launch work;
To meet legal obligations — including accounting record-keeping, anti-money-laundering checks and filings with regulatory and customs authorities;
To operate the business — invoicing, payment reconciliation and internal records;
To improve the site — aggregate statistics on how pages are used.

4. Legal basis

Consent — when you submit a form or opt in to any optional communication;
Contract performance — when we deliver services under a signed engagement;
Legitimate interest — for security logging, fraud prevention, following up on your enquiry and operating the business;
Legal obligation — for tax, customs and regulatory compliance.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We share it only with parties needed to reply to you or deliver the service:

Service providers that host and operate our website, forms, CRM, messaging inbox, email and phone systems, acting as data processors on our instructions;
Production partners — the production facilities that manufacture a client's product, only for an active engagement and under confidentiality obligations;
Regulatory and government authorities — such as Dubai Municipality and other food authorities, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), customs and free-zone authorities — for filings needed to register, manufacture and export a client's product;
Banks and payment providers — for invoicing and reconciliation;
Professional advisers — auditors, lawyers and accountants under confidentiality obligations, only when needed;
Authorities or courts — where we are compelled by a binding legal order.

Each client receives the relevant list of sub-processors as part of their contract.

6. International transfers

Some of our systems and service providers operate outside the UAE, including in the European Union. When personal data is processed outside the UAE, or must be sent to another country (for example, for an export shipment), we rely on contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and transfer only what is necessary for the purpose.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not become an engagement — kept for up to 24 months for evaluation and follow-up, then deleted;
Engagement records, contracts and accounting documents — kept for 7 years after the end of the engagement, as required by UAE accounting and tax law;
Security and access logs — kept for up to 90 days, then rotated;
Records of marketing permission — kept while the permission is active and for 24 months after it is withdrawn, to show that consent was given.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may:

ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations;
restrict or object to certain processing;
withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
ask for portability of the data you gave us;
complain to the UAE Data Office or, if you are in the EU, to your national data-protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email hello@360hub.ae with the subject line "Data request — [your full name]". We respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies. It uses your browser's session storage only to remember which page or campaign brought you, so that your enquiry reaches the right person; this is cleared when you close the browser. Search-engine verification tags are passive and do not transmit personal data. We count visits with our own simple counter, hosted on our server: it records the page, language, which button was used and a random per-session number — no cookies, no IP address and nothing that identifies you. We do not use third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses, not for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff systems and logging of access to sensitive records. No system is perfectly secure, but our measures are proportionate to the data we hold and are reviewed periodically.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Material changes that affect your rights or how we use your data will be posted prominently on this page and, where we have your contact details, communicated by email, at least 30 days before they take effect.
