1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://360hub.ae (the "Site") and the relationship between you and F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO, a free-zone company licensed in the United Arab Emirates, trading as 360hub-ae ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site, sending us a contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through the channels listed here, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. What we do

360hub-ae is the operating arm of F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO. We offer:

• F&B co-packing — aluminum-can filling and adjacent production services, delivered through our production partner Majlis / Midtown Factory in the UAE
• Market-entry consultancy — formulation, MOCCAE product registration, Montaji label compliance, halal certification where applicable, retail and HoReCa channel openings, GCC and global export documentation

The Site itself is informational. It does not constitute an offer, a contract, or professional advice. A service engagement begins only when we sign a written proposal or contract with you.

3. How an engagement begins

1. You submit a brief (via the contact form, email, or call)
2. We evaluate fit and respond within one UAE business day
3. If we proceed, we issue a written proposal stating scope, timeline, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and applicable terms
4. The engagement becomes binding only upon signature of that proposal (or a separate engagement contract) by both parties
5. The specific terms of the signed contract take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict

4. Information on the Site

We make a good-faith effort to keep the Site accurate, including prices, capabilities, timelines, and references to UAE regulatory bodies and procedures. However:

• Prices on the Site (for example, "from 0.23 AED per can") are indicative ranges, not binding quotes. Final pricing is given in a written proposal sized to your specific run and materials
• Regulatory information (MOCCAE, Montaji, halal certification rules, customs procedures) is current to the best of our knowledge as of the "Last updated" date but is subject to change by the relevant authorities. You are responsible for relying on advice given in a signed engagement, not on the public Site
• We may modify or remove any content on the Site at any time, without prior notice

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, structured data, logos, and design elements on this Site are the property of F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO or licensed to us, and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may quote and link to the Site for non-commercial editorial, educational, or commentary purposes with attribution. You may not copy, mirror, frame, or republish substantial portions of the Site, train automated models on the Site's content without permission, or use our marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the contact form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our infrastructure, or our internal systems
• Run automated scrapers, crawlers, or load-generating tools beyond what is publicly invited (see our robots.txt)
• Use the Site or its contents to compete with us in a way that copies our offer structure, pricing wording, or proprietary materials
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose under UAE law

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

8. Third-party links and partners

The Site may link to third-party websites (including LinkedIn, regulatory authority pages, partner manufacturer pages). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following a link is at your own discretion.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Outside of an explicit written engagement signed by both parties:

• We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Content on the Site is not legal, regulatory, financial, or technical advice. For decisions specific to your situation, engage us under a written contract or consult an appropriately licensed professional

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except where prohibited by UAE law or required to give effect to mandatory consumer protection:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site
• For any direct damages arising from use of the Site in the absence of a signed engagement, our aggregate liability is capped at AED 1,000
• For damages arising under a signed engagement, the liability cap stated in that engagement applies

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that may not be excluded under UAE law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the Site, including reasonable legal costs.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the free-zone regulations applicable to F&B 360HUB Trading & Manufacturing FZCO. The Courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site, except where mandatory laws require a different forum.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
