Q02How long does an F&B launch take in the UAE?+
Typical timeline is 4–8 months from brief to first commercial volume. Regulatory (MOCCAE + Montaji) is the longest single dependency at 8–12 weeks. We parallelise production setup with regulatory to compress the critical path.
Q03What's the difference between a "consultant" and an "operator partner" like 360hub-ae?+
Consultants advise and deliver strategy documents. Operators execute and take milestone-based responsibility for production, regulatory, listings, and ongoing operations. We are the latter.
Q04Do I need to set up a UAE company before working with you?+
Not initially. For validation work, you can be invoiced internationally. For ongoing UAE distribution, you'll eventually need either a UAE entity or a UAE-based distributor of record — we help structure either path.
Q05Which retailers and channels do you work with?+
Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, ADCOOP for retail. Independent cafes and hotel groups for HoReCa. Talabat, Noon, Amazon UAE for e-commerce. Distributor partnerships for Tier-2 markets.
Q06Can you handle just one part — like only regulatory, or only retail listing?+

Q07Do you take equity in client brands?+
No. Fee-for-service only. We're an operating partner, not a venture investor.
Q08What is the FB Cluster framework and how does that affect pricing?+
FB Cluster (uaefoodcluster.com) is a UAE government-affiliated F&B cluster initiative. 360hub-ae is in preferred-provider negotiations. For approved brands routed via FB Cluster, certain regulatory and listing steps may be expedited. It does not change our pricing model — milestone-paid remains the standard.
Q09Do you require exclusivity in my category?+
No. We work with multiple non-competing brands per category. We disclose conflicts up front and decline engagements that would directly compete with a current client's launch window.
Q10What if my product fails MOCCAE registration?+
First, we pre-check dossiers before submission to minimise rejection risk. If a submitted dossier is rejected, we handle resubmission with corrections at no additional fee within the original engagement scope. If reformulation is required (rare), that triggers a change-order.
Q11How do you handle SKUs that don't fit aluminum cans?+
For glass, PET, Tetra Pak, pouches, dry goods, or chilled products, we don't co-pack in-house. The market-entry engagement still covers regulatory, listings, e-com, and export — we sub-contract production to vetted partners and stay accountable through to first commercial volume.
Q12Can a Validation engagement convert into a Full Launch?+
Yes — and most do. The Validation deliverables (regulatory roadmap, COGS model, GTM plan) plug directly into the Full Launch workstream, and Validation fees are credited against the Full Launch fee if the conversion happens within 90 days.
